Keep Your Home

Many of you bought at the peak of the market and now owe more than your home is worth. There are so many options to help you keep the home you’ve created memories in. The following programs are designed specifically for people who have become unemployed or are experiencing legitimate financial hardship that have caused or could cause you to become delinquent. The final result is a lower, more comfortable payment

  • Modify your loan to payments no higher than 31% of your income
  • Reduce your principal balance if you owe more than your home is worth
  • Reduce or eliminate your 2nd mortgage
  • Mortgage payment assistance if you become involuntarily unemployed

If you do not meet the guidelines for the programs above, there is still help. You can refinance to a lower rate even if you owe more than your home is worth. Rates are often reduced by 2% and can significantly lower your payment. Your loan must be owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac to qualify. For more information call 661-322-LOAN (5626)
